Common use of Translator Clause in Contracts

Translator. II – must be fluent in and be able to read, write and speak in Spanish and English with the ability to translate complex documents and conversations that focus highly technical content (i.e., IEP’s, handbooks, manuals) as verified and assessed by the District; the stipend will be $300 per month (or an amount proportional to the employee’s FTE if less than 100%).
