Transmission by Facsimile. 15.1 The parties hereto agree that this Agreement may be transmitted by facsimile or such similar device and that the reproduction of signatures by facsimile or such similar device will be treated as binding as if originals and each party hereto undertakes to provide each and every other part hereto with a copy of the Agreement bearing original signatures forthwith upon demand.

  • Delivery by Telecopier Delivery of an executed counterpart of a signature page to this Guaranty Supplement by telecopier shall be effective as delivery of an original executed counterpart of this Guaranty Supplement.

  • Transmission The Custodian and the Fund shall comply with SWIFT’s authentication procedures. The Custodian will act on FT Instructions received via SWIFT provided the instruction is authenticated by the SWIFT system. § Written Instructions. Instructions may be transmitted in an original writing that bears the manual signature of an Authorized Person(s).

  • Delivery by Facsimile or Email This Agreement, the agreements referred to herein, and each other agreement or instrument entered into in connection herewith or therewith or contemplated hereby or thereby, and any amendments hereto or thereto, to the extent signed and delivered by means of a facsimile machine or email with scan or facsimile attachment, shall be treated in all manner and respects as an original agreement or instrument and shall be considered to have the same binding legal effect as if it were the original signed version thereof delivered in person.   • Facsimile Where any Notice is provided or submitted to a Party via facsimile, an original of the Notice sent via facsimile shall promptly be sent by regular mail. For greater certainty, a notice given via facsimile shall not be invalid by reason only of a Party’s failure to comply with this Section 11.2.
