Transmission capacity. The fulfillment of the transmission capacities stated in Annex 1 shall be supported.
Transmission capacity. 3.1. EUS shall provide to the Shipper on the firm basis the Booked daily transmission capacities at the Entry point Veľké Zlievce as was allocated through the Binding Incremental Capacity Allocation Procedure defined in the Rulebook, and as is specified in the Individual Contract.
Transmission capacity. The transmission capacity of the links between the subsystems shall be bilaterally determined on a routine basis by the Parties concerned. Decisions shall normally be based on the operational security standards set out in Appendix 2 and on such current technical and operative factors as are of significance to the transmission capacity. The Parties are individually responsible for assessing these circumstances within their own subsystems and will decide on the necessary measures. The Parties agree to reserve a regulating margin between the transmission and trading capacities of the links. The regulating margin shall normally have the values specified in Appendices 7.1 -7.7.
Transmission capacity. 4.1 EBONX xxxl enter into a Transmission Capacity Agreement with HER-I in the form appended hereto as Appendix D (the "TCA") under which HER-I will agree to supply transmission capacity to EBONX xx a value equivalent to ECU 90 million. The ECU 90 million will be paid in cash at the date of signing of the TCA. HER-I's standard terms, including the terms summarized in Appendix E will apply. Capacity on the HER Network, including US connectivity will be available per the HER Ready For Service Date in the TCA. Prices will be as per Schedule 3 of the TCA. The term of the TCA will be 10 years. EBONX xxxl be free to relocate capacity for up to 10 years, both between routes as well as in time (on a monthly basis), except where the Capacity provided is Europe-US.

The Tariff rates for Transmission fee are calculated on the basis of the initial tariff rates as indicated in the Rules and the methodology as described in the price decision XXXX No. 0103/2014/P. As soon as the respective Price decision specifies the initial tariffs for the Entry/Exit Point Poland-Slovakia, EUS shall inform the Shipper about the tariffs applicable to the Booked daily transmission capacity stipulated above (hereinafter referred to as “Actual tariffs”). For the avoidance of doubt, the Parties shall in each case apply the Price decision. EUS herewith declares that the Actual tariffs applicable to the Booked daily transmission capacity allocated in the Binding Open Season Procedure and specified in this Article shall not exceed the above envisaged tariffs (taking into account escalation as defined in current price decision XXXX No. 0103/2014/P) at the time when the Price decision specifying the initial tariffs for the Entry/Exit Point Poland-Slovakia will be published. Shall the Actual tariffs exceed the envisaged tariffs stipulated above then the Shipper shall have a right to rescind from this Contract within 4 weeks after the Shipper was notified by EUS about the Actual tariffs whereas EUS shall notify the Shipper about the Actual tariffs by means of a proposal of an amendment to this Contract; such notification shall be submitted by EUS to the Shipper not later than 4 weeks after the Price decision specifying the initial tariffs for the Entry/Exit Point Poland-Slovakia is published.
Transmission capacity. Following an order from the Operator, TDK shall make transmission capacity and other transmission services available in accordance with the specifications, procedures and terms and conditions laid down in Appendix E.
