Booking. All booking applications must be in writing on the booking form provided. The person signing this form will be considered the Hirer. Where an organisation is named in the application the organisation will also be considered the Hirer and shall be jointly and severally liable with the person who signs this form.

Booking. 1.1 TALENT hereby grants exclusively to COMPANY, and COMPANY hereby accepts, the following worldwide rights: (a) During the term of this Agreement as defined below, the right to engage TALENT's performance in wrestling matches at professional wrestling exhibitions, as well as appearances of any type at other events, engagements or entertainment programs in which TALENT performs services as a professional wrestler, entertainer or otherwise directed by COMPANY in its sole discretion (collectively the "Events"), whether such Events are staged before a live audience, in a television broadcast studio, on location (for later viewing or broadcast) or otherwise. (b) During the term of this Agreement as defined below, the right, in perpetuity, to sell or otherwise distribute tickets of admission to the general public for viewing any or all of the Events, as well as to view the Events on any closed circuit television, pay-per-view television, video exhibition or any other medium now known or hereinafter discovered. (c) During the term of this Agreement and thereafter, as provided for in this Agreement, the right to solicit, negotiate, and enter into agreements for and on behalf of TALENT for the exploitation of Intellectual Property (as defined hereinbelow) for merchandising, commercial tie-ups, publishing, personal appearances, performances in non-wrestling events and endorsements. 1.2 In consideration of TALENT's granting of rights, license and other services, as set forth herein, and provided TALENT shall faithfully and fully perform all obligations hereunder, COMPANY shall endeavor to book TALENT as an individual or as a member of a group, which determination shall be made in COMPANY's sole discretion, in matches at various Events.

Booking. MONEY shall mean the 10% of the total consideration as per terms of this Agreement;

Booking. (a) Tentative bookings are not permitted. The ANTCO Boardroom is not considered booked until the Rental Form is signed by all Renter(s).

Booking. Contract Agency Inmates shall be booked pursuant to SCORE’s booking policies and procedures. Pursuant to RCW 70.48.130, and as part of the booking procedure, SCORE shall obtain general information concerning the Contract Agency Inmate’s ability to pay for medical care, including insurance or other medical benefits or resources to which a Contract Agency Inmate is entitled. The information is used for third party billing.

Booking hereinafter referred to as Renter, has requested use of specific Studio property, equipment and or services as described in detail on final page of this agreement. Studio will confirm a booking and grant a license (“License”) to Renter for its access to and use of specific studio space and production facilities including the soundstage (“Stage”) and any offstage production facilities reserved and paid for by Renter, or subject to additional charges, under the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Studio will not confirm a booking or grant a license to Renter unless Renter provides Studio with all of the prerequisites listed in Section 2. MANDATORY PROVISIONS below.

Booking. A rental contract for a caravan (booking) can only be concluded in one of the three following ways: - The Rental Company and the Renter conclude a rental contract in paper form that is signed by both (VERSION A), - The Rental Company and the Renter conclude a rental contract form that is digitally signed by both (VERSION B) or - The Renter clicks the “Confirm booking” button (kostenpflichtig buchen) at the end of the online booking process and the Rental Company will send the Renter a booking confirmation (VERSION C). A booking applies exclusively for a caravan category, not for a certain caravan type. There is no claim for a certain layout. The Rental Company has the right to change the Renter’s booking to an equivalent or higher class caravan while retaining the agreed conditions. If the Rental Company offers the Renter a caravan from a more favourable cost category and the Renter accepts this, the difference in the rental price between the two caravans shall be reimbursed.

Booking. A rental contract for a motorhome (booking) can only be concluded in one of the three following ways: - The Rental Company and the Renter conclude a rental contract in paper form that is signed by both (VERSION A), - The Rental Company and the Renter conclude a rental contract form that is digitally signed by both (VERSION B) or - The Renter clicks the “Confirm booking” button (kostenpflichtig buchen) at the end of the online booking process and the Rental Company will send the Renter a booking confirmation (VERSION C). A booking applies exclusively for a motorhome category, not for a certain vehicle type. There is no claim for a certain layout. The Rental Company is entitled, to re-book the Renter for an equivalent or higher class motorhome by way of retaining the agreed conditions. If the Rental Company offers a motorhome from a more favourable cost category and the Renter accepts this, a difference in the rental price between the two motorhomes shall be reimbursed.

Booking. Inmates shall be booked pursuant to the County’s booking policies and procedures. Inmates transported by the City that are not acceptable at booking, will be the responsibility of the City to transport back to City.
