Operational security standards. The Parties shall, in the day-to-day operation of the system and in their operational collaboration with other Parties, comply with the standards set forth in Appendices 2 and 3. 7.1 Transmission facilities The transmission facilities linking the subsystems are accounted for in the following Appendices. In parts where such operating instructions have a bearing upon the joint system operation, they are to be co-ordinated with the companies and Parties concerned.
