Transmission of Communications. Each Person that owns or controls Units on behalf of, or for the benefit of, another Person or Persons shall be responsible for conveying any report, notice or other communication received from the Company to such other Person or Persons.
Transmission of Communications. Each person who holds a Membership Interest on behalf of, or for the benefit of, another person or persons shall be responsible for conveying any report, notice, or other communication received concerning the Company’s affairs to such other person or persons.
