TRANSMISSION OF FINDINGS. Upon completion of a written report, and prior to the time that report is placed in the faculty member's personnel file, the faculty member shall be provided the opportunity to meet with either the Evaluation Committee or the immediate administrator to discuss the evaluation. The faculty member is entitled to YFA representation at this meeting.

Normally, that discussion would take place in the meeting held with the evaluation committee. However, the faculty member may request a private meeting with the immediate administrator. The faculty member is entitled to YFA representation at this meeting.
