TRANSMISSION SITE AND FACILITIES. A. Primary Transmission Site. Lessor's ITFS Channels are located at Key West, FL, Lessee agrees to provide Lessor space at the Primary Transmission site for Lessor's audio and video transmission equipment which shall not exceed on rack. Such space shall be leased to Lessor pursuant to Exhibit D hereto. This site shall hereinafter be described as the "Primary Transmission Site". At Lessee's sole expense, Lessee shall contract for a lease of space at the Transmission Site upon such terms as the parties agree. The Transmission Site shall comply with the standards, specifications and regulations of the FCC rules and orders pertaining to Lessor's ITFS license.
