Common use of Transmittal of Wire Transfer Requests Clause in Contracts

Transmittal of Wire Transfer Requests. Company shall transmit Requests to the Bank in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The total dollar amount of Requests transmitted by Company to Bank on any one day shall not exceed the amount set forth in the exhibits maintained at Bank. The cutoff for said Requests shall be in accordance with the Bank’s stated time frame. In all other respects the terms and conditions of Company's deposit agreement(s) with the Bank supplement this Agreement and apply to any such Request. If there is a conflict between this Agreement and one or more of your deposit agreements, this Agreement shall control with respect to wire transfers.
