Transmittal. All documents submitted to the State shall be accompanied by a letter of transmittal which shall include, but need not be limited to, the highway number, project limits, county, CSJ, contract number, work authorization number and an inventory of attachments.
Transmittal. All notifications and other data transmittals under this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be hand-delivered or sent via express mail, first class mail, or electronic mail to the addresses specified below with confirmation of receipt.
Transmittal. The District shall transmit all deducted monies, along with a list of names for whom deductions are made, to the party designated by the Treasurer of the Exclusive Representative on a monthly basis.

Transmittal. 1. The College shall transmit to the Treasurer of the Chapter:
a. A check for the total amount deducted and
b. A statement setting forth the names of the unit members for whom dues or representation fees were deducted.
c. The College shall provide, within sixty (60) working days following the beginning of each semester, a list of all full-time faculty and full-time professional library staff members, both tenure and non-tenure track, who have been employed by the College subsequent to the previous semester. In addition to the names of such employees the College shall provide their date of employment, salaries, and rank.
d. The College will provide all newly hired full-time faculty members with a dues authorization form and a copy of this Agreement. The dues authorization form will include instructions to indicate it should be returned to the Chapter treasurer.
e. The College shall notify the Chapter, in writing, of the termination of employment or the change in status of any member of the bargaining unit within thirty (30) days after Board action.
2. The check and statement shall be mailed by the tenth (10th) working day following the pay period in which the deduction was made.
Transmittal. Within twenty (20) calendar days following the later of the Effective Date or the date Purchaser receives a Transmitted Copy of this Agreement executed by Seller, Seller will send to Purchaser, or its legal counsel, the items identified on Exhibit D (the “Initial Deliverables”); provided, however, the Common Interest Agreement will not be required to be executed on behalf of the Seller if there are no pending patent applications included in the Patents. Seller acknowledges and agrees that Purchaser may request, and Seller will promptly deliver to Purchaser or its legal counsel, as directed by Purchaser, additional documents based on Purchaser's review of the Initial Deliverables (such additional documents and the Initial Deliverables are, collectively, the “Deliverables”), and that as a result of Purchaser's review, the lists of Live Assets on Exhibits A and B and the list of Abandoned Assets on Exhibit C, may be revised by Purchaser, with mutual agreement of Seller (evidenced by one or more Executed Assignments), both before and after the Closing to conform these lists to the definition of Patents (and these revisions may therefore require the inclusion of additional provisional patent applications, patent applications, and patents on Exhibit A and B or Exhibit C). To the extent any of the Live Assets are removed for any reason, the payment in paragraph 3.4 may be reduced by mutual agreement of the parties. If originals of the Deliverables are not available and delivered to Purchaser prior to Closing, Seller will cause (i) such originals of the Deliverables to be sent to Purchaser or Purchaser's representative promptly if and after such originals are located and (ii) Seller will deliver to Purchaser a declaration, executed under penalty of perjury, detailing Seller's efforts to locate such unavailable original documents and details regarding how delivered copies were obtained.
Transmittal. Professional warrants that in transmitting Work Product, or any other information, Professional is the copyright owner of such information or has permission from the copyright owner to transmit such information for its use on the Project. If Owner and Professional intend to transmit Work Product or any other information or documentation in digital form, they shall endeavor to establish necessary protocols governing such transmissions. For purposes of this Agreement, "Work Product" means all work product produced, prepared, and/or developed by or for Professional in connection with the Services Professional renders to Owner pursuant to or in connection with this Agreement, including all plans, drawings (including the Drawings), designs, specifications (including the Specifications), systems, reports, data, materials, models, prototypes, methodologies, studies, processes, improvements, sketches, concepts, know-how, formulae, inventions, discoveries, models, CAD drawings, BIM models, and other electronic expression, documents, diagrams, graphs, charts, notes, writings, discoveries, customizations, modifications, fixes, research, photographs and other expression.
Transmittal. Within fourteen (14) calendar days following the later of the Effective Date or the date Purchaser receives a Transmitted Copy of this Agreement executed by Seller, Seller will send to Purchaser the items identified on EXHIBIT D (the "INITIAL DELIVERABLES"). Seller acknowledges and agrees that Purchaser may reasonably request, within fourteen (14) business days following delivery to the Purchaser of the Initial Deliverables, and Seller will promptly deliver to Purchaser, additional documents based on Purchaser's review of the Initial Deliverables (such additional documents and the Initial Deliverables are, collectively, the "DELIVERABLES"), and that as a result of Purchaser's review, the lists of Patents on EXHIBITS A and B and the list of Abandoned Assets on EXHIBIT C, may be revised by Purchaser, with prior mutual agreement of Seller (evidenced by one or more Executed Assignments), before the Closing to conform these lists to the definition of Patents (and these revisions may therefore require the inclusion of additional provisional patent applications, patent applications, and patents on EXHIBIT A and B or EXHIBIT C). If originals of the Deliverables are not available and delivered to Purchaser prior to Closing, Seller will cause such originals of the Deliverables to be sent to Purchaser or Purchaser's representative promptly if and after such originals are located.
Transmittal. All payment orders from you must be received by the Bank on a business day by 1:00 p.m. MST. Payment orders shall be deemed received by the Bank only when received in compliance with this Agreement. If payment order from you is received by the Bank after the cut-off time on a business day, such payment order shall be treated as being received by the Bank at the opening of the Bank’s next business day.
Transmittal. Within twenty (20) calendar days following the Effective ----------- Date, Seller shall send to Purchaser the Assignment Agreements, the list of Prosecution Counsel, fee Docket, and all files and original documents (including, Letters Patents, assignments, and other documents necessary to establish that the Seller's representations and warranties of Section 6 are true and correct) relating to the Patents, including all prosecution files for pending patent applications included in the Patents, and all files relating to the issued Patents ("Initial Deliverables"). Seller acknowledges that Purchaser may request additional documents based on Purchaser's review of the Initial Deliverables (such additional documents and the Initial Deliverables, collectively, the "Deliverables"), and that as a result of Purchaser's review, the amount of payment and the assets listed in Exhibits A and B may be revised.
