In the event that Client elects to use an API to provide any Client Content or employee or plan participant information to any third party, Client represents that it has acquired any consents or provided any notices required to transfer such content or information and that such transfer does not violate any applicable international, federal, state, or local laws and/or regulations. ADP shall not be responsible for any services or data provided by any such third party.
