TRANSPORTATION COMPLIANCE. The State of Vermont expects all deliveries of salt to be made in full conformance with existing State, National, or Provincial laws or regulations, in additional to the conditions and specifications set forth in this document and in any contracts resulting from this document. DELIVERIES WHICH DO NOT CONFORM TO THE SPECIFICATIONS OR ARE NOT IN GOOD CONDITION UPON RECEIPT SHALL BE REPLACED PROMPTLY BY THE CONTRACTOR, AND AT THE EXPENSE OF THE CONTRACTOR.
