Transportation Obligation. Sometimes, the equipment being leased may be costly or time-consuming to transport from its current location to one where the Lessee requires. This agreement can be set to place the responsibility of transporting the equipment to and from the Lessee on the Lessor, on the Lessee, or both (“Shared”). X.
