Common use of Transportation of Court-Ordered Transfers Clause in Contracts

Transportation of Court-Ordered Transfers. Depending on the language of the order, the CONTRACTOR may be responsible for the transportation of the inmate as determined by the FDC Population Management Administrator. In the event FDC transports an inmate for a hearing based upon a claim or grievance filed by the inmate against the CONTRACTOR, the CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for reimbursing FDC on a pro-rata basis for the costs incurred in transporting the inmate.
