Transportation Security Sample Clauses

The Transportation Security clause establishes requirements and procedures to ensure the safe and secure movement of goods during transit. It typically outlines the responsibilities of parties involved in shipping, such as implementing security measures, verifying carrier credentials, and complying with relevant laws or regulations.
