(a) the Verification Data; (b) Information provided by the Provider under clauses 9.2 and 9.3; (c) Information from an audit of the Verification Data under clause 9.6; and (d) the relevant Verification Methodology, to make a Determination for the Call. Transpower must make the Determination promptly and advise the Provider of the Determination in the Invoice for the Call.
