Miscellaneous Services INSURER shall provide such other administrative support to the Fund as mutually agreed between INSURER and AIM or the Fund from time to time. INSURER shall, from time to time, relieve the Fund of other usual or incidental administration services of the type ordinarily borne by mutual funds that offer shares to individual members of the general public.
TERMS OF PROVISION OF SERVICES 2.1. The Contractor performs work for the Customer at his own risk and personally. At the same time, the Contractor has the right, with the consent of the Customer, to involve other persons (subcontractors) in the performance of work, remaining responsible to the Customer for the result of their work. Such transfer will be accomplished with appropriate coordination between the Parties and subject to appropriate industry lead times for movements of NXXs from one switch to another. Neither Party shall charge the other in connection with this coordinated transfer.
