Travel by LICENSEE. Upon two (2) weeks' prior written notice to LICENSEE, but not more frequently than twice in a calendar year, GUESS may require LICENSEE to meet with GUESS in the Los Angeles offices of GUESS concerning any matter which is a subject of this Agreement. LICENSEE shall pay all of its own costs and expenses relating to its attendance at such meetings.
