Travel Restriction Clause Samples
A Travel Restriction clause limits or regulates the ability of parties to travel, often in the context of employment, business agreements, or during specific events such as pandemics. This clause may specify prohibited destinations, require prior approval for travel, or set conditions under which travel is permitted, such as compliance with health and safety protocols. Its core function is to manage risk and ensure safety or compliance with legal or organizational policies by controlling travel activities that could expose parties to harm or liability.
Travel Restriction. Because this is a fixed rate contract, certain limited travel costs are calculated into the rate. For any assignment that is thirty-five (35) miles or more one way, the Contractor can be paid mileage upon request and with prior approval from the DRS.
