Common use of TRAVELLING IN A COMPANY VEHICLE Clause in Contracts

TRAVELLING IN A COMPANY VEHICLE. 3.01 Employees who are required to drive and/or operate a company vehicle for the purpose of picking up other employees within ZONE II or ZONE III will be paid their regular hourly rate for all time spent traveling. 3.02 All other employees working within ZONE II will be paid twelve Dollars ($12.00) per day for Travel Allowance. 3.03 All other employees working within ZONE III will be paid sixteen Dollars ($16.00) per hour for Travel Allowance to and from the project.
