Treated as Qualified Matching Contributions. The Employer may elect to treat all or any portion of a Matching Contribution as a Qualified Matching Contribution. Furthermore, the Employer may elect to treat all or any portion of a Participant’s Prevailing Wage Contribution as a Qualified Matching Contribution, to the extent that the Participant has Elective Deferrals made on his or her behalf, in which event such Prevailing Wage Contributions will be subject to same Vesting and distribution requirements that apply to Qualified Matching Contributions.
