Treatment of Award Upon Termination of Employment. Except as provided in Section 2(b) above, if Employee terminates employment with the Company or its Affiliates, whether voluntarily or involuntarily (including by death), for any reason, he or she shall immediately forfeit all interest in the unvested portion of an Award, and such forfeited Award shall not be considered outstanding.
