Treatment of Disability. In the event of the Executive’s separation from service with the Company prior to his Normal Retirement Age due to Total Disability, the Executive shall be considered, notwithstanding such separation from service, to continue to be employed by the Company for purposes of his eligibility for benefits under this ARTICLE 4.
