Common use of Treatment of Investment Clause in Contracts

Treatment of Investment. 1) Investments of investors of one Contracting Party in the territory of the other Contracting Party and also the returns therefrom shall receive treatment which is fair and equitable and not less favourable than that accorded in respect of the investments of investors of any third state.
