Treatment of traded Path Usages. (a) For the purposes of this agreement where a Path Usage has been the subject of a Trade under clause 16.4 of this agreement, the Former Access Holder will be deemed to have utilised the Path Usage traded to the New Access Holder in the Period in which it was available for use by the Former Access Holder, and the Path Usage the subject of the Trade:
