TREE TRIMMING. In installing, operating and maintaining equipment, cable and wires, the Licensee shall avoid all unnecessary damage and/or injury to any and all shade and ornamental trees in and along the streets, alleys, Public Ways and places in the Town. The Licensee shall be subject to M.G.L. Chapter 87 and shall comply with all rules established by the Issuing Authority and/or its designee(s) during the term of the Renewal License. All tree and/or root trimming and/or pruning provided for herein shall be done pursuant to appropriate regulations of the Town.
