Network Technical Requirements. The Cable System shall be designed, constructed and operated so as to meet those technical standards adopted by the FCC relating to Cable Systems contained in part 76 of the FCC’s rules and regulations as may be amended from time to time. The Cable System shall provide for a minimum Channel capacity of at least seventy-seven (77) Channels. SECTION 8

Network Technical Requirements. The Cable System shall be operated so that it is capable of continuous twenty‑four (24) hour daily operation, capable of meeting or exceeding all applicable federal technical standards, as they may be amended from time to time, and operated in such a manner as to comply with all applicable FCC regulations.
Network Technical Requirements. The Cable System must meet or exceed the technical standards set forth in 47 C.F.R. § 76.601 and any other applicable standards, as amended from time to time, provided that, nothing in this provision is intended to permit the City to exercise any authority that it is prohibited from exercising under applicable federal law.

  • Physical Requirements The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
