TRIAL OBJECTIVES AND PURPOSE. The rationale of this study is to understand a subject’s experience and satisfaction after treatment with A-101 40% and how that correlates with a healthcare provider’s assessment based on PLA score. Aclaris Therapeutics, Inc. recently completed three phase III clinical studies (301, 302, and 303) that demonstrated the safety and efficacy of A-101 40% in treating Seborrheic Keratoses.
