Common use of TRIBAL SERVICES Clause in Contracts

TRIBAL SERVICES. During the application process, the Marketplace will determine if an individual is Indian. If the HMO receives notice from the Marketplace that a member is an Indian, the HMO will assign the Member to a plan selected by the Member for which the Member has no responsibility for Cost Share Amounts for certain services which are received by the Member from the Indian Health Service, an Indian Tribe, Tribal Organization or Urban Tribal Organization, or through referral under contract health services.
