TRILLIUM LAKELANDS DISTRICT SCHOOL BOARD. All Agreements of Purchase and Sale for all Lots and Blocks governed by this Agreement shall provide notice that pupils who reside in this Subdivision and attend public elementary and/or secondary schools may be required to be transported to schools, and that, if transportation to schools is necessary, the pupils who reside in this Subdivision will meet the school bus on roads now in existence or at another designated place convenient to the Trillium Lakelands District School Board.
