School Board. For purposes of administering this Agreement, the term "School Board" may also mean the designated representative.
School Board. The School Board of Miami-Dade County, Florida, the duly- elected Board established under Florida Statutes, Chapter 230.03(2), which has the responsibility for the organization and control of the public schools of Miami-Dade County.
School Board. Within five (5) days after receipt of the above disposition, the grievant may, if the grievance remains unsolved, appeal to the School Board.
