School Board. Any reference to School Board or District in this Agreement shall mean the District and/or its designated officials.
School Board. Board/District — The School Board of Broward County, Florida, the duly elected board established under the Florida Constitution, Article IX, Section 4, Florida Statutes 1001.32 (2).
