Common use of Trinity River Clause in Contracts

Trinity River. The Parties intend that this Settlement shall not adversely affect the Trinity River Restoration Program. To reach that conclusion, the Tribes reaffirm and rely upon their view of the existing fishery restoration goals and principles for the Trinity River Fishery Restoration Program, as follows:
