Trintech Ownership Sample Clauses

Trintech Ownership. Trintech retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Services and any Trintech proprietary information, including without limitation all software used to provide the Services and all graphics, user interfaces, logos, and trademarks reproduced through the Services. This Agreement does not grant Subscriber any intellectual property license or other rights in or to the Services, or any of its components, or other Trintech proprietary information.
