Trip Charges. If Landlord or Landlord’s agents have made prior arrangements with Tenant to access the Property and are denied or are not able to access the Property because of Tenant’s failure to make the Property accessible (including, but not limited to, any occupant, guest or invitee of Tenant, pet, or security device prohibiting access to any area of the Property), Landlord may charge Tenant a trip charge of $100.00.
Trip Charges. If a repair person is unable to access the Property after making arrangements with Xxxxxx to complete the repair, Tenant will pay any trip charge the repair person may charge, which amount may be different from the amount stated in Paragraph 14C.

Trip Charges. All trips shall be charged by the hours worked beyond scheduled work hours. Trip refusal charges shall be applied for the total hours of the trip plus the charge of refusal. Trip boards will be averaged (by number of trips or hours) when a driver is absent from work five (5) or more consecutive days.

If Landlord or Landlord's representatives have made prior arrangements with Tenant to access the Premises and are denied or are not able to access the Premises because of Tenant's failure to make the Premises accessible, Landlord may charge Tenant the actual trip charged by Landlord’s representative plus 20% or $50.00 whichever is greater.
Trip Charges. Charges for any travel must be pre-approved in writing by Buyer. Under no circumstance shall meal per diems exceed $50 per day per person.

Working hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Mon – Friday.

If the repairman is the Xxxxxxx Properties repairman, the trip charge will be $50. A base of $50 will be charged for all plumbing stoppages and monthly AC filter replacement or any other repairs deemed Tenant’s responsibility. ‘
