Trip Charges. If the Landlord or Landlord’s agents have made prior arrangements pursuant to this Lease to access the Property and are later denied or are not able to access the Property because of Tenant’s failure to make the Property accessible (including, but not limited to, any occupant, guest, or invitee of Tenant, pet, or security device prohibiting access), Landlord may charge Tenant a wasted trip charge (in addition to any other charges provided for hereunder) of $50.
Trip Charges. If a repair person is unable to access the Property after making arrangements with Xxxxxx to complete the repair, Tenant will pay any trip charge the repair person may charge, which amount may be different from the amount stated in Paragraph 14C.

Tenant may be liable for payment of any trip charges, which may differ from the amount in Paragraph 14, if: (i) Landlord or a repair person is unable to access the Property after notifying Tenant; (ii) Tenant provides incomplete or inaccurate information that requires an additional trip from Landlord or repair person; or
Trip Charges. All trips shall be charged by the hours worked beyond scheduled work hours. Xxxx refusal charges shall be applied for the total hours of the trip plus the charge of refusal. Trip boards will be averaged (by number of trips or hours) when a driver is absent from work five (5) or more consecutive days.

If Landlord or Landlord's representatives have made prior arrangements with Tenant to access the Premises and are denied or are not able to access the Premises because of Tenant's failure to make the Premises accessible, Landlord may charge Tenant the actual trip charged by Landlord’s representative plus 20% or $50.00 whichever is greater.
Trip Charges. Charges for any travel must be pre-approved in writing by Buyer. Under no circumstance shall meal per diems exceed $50 per day per person.

If Tenant fails to make the property available for Landlord at a time that was already agreed upon (thus wasting Landlord’s time and expense), Landlord may charge Tenant a Trip Charge of $ Trip Charge . KEYS & OPENING DEVICES: Tenant will be issued _#___ sets of keys/opening devices to the property. If Tenant needs a replacement key/opening device or fails to return a key/opening device at the expiration of this agreement, Tenant will be charged $ Fee . In the event Tenant re-keys any locks on the property, a copy of the new key shall be delivered to Landlord immediately. LOCK OUT CHARGE: Landlord may charge Tenant $ Fee each time Landlord must send someone to the property to let Tenant inside. Xxxxxx agrees that this charge is a reasonable reimbursement for Landlord’s time and expense in providing this service.
