Tropical Hardwood and Virgin Redwood Ban. Pursuant to §804(b) of the San Francisco Environment Code, the City and County of San Francisco urges contractors not to import, purchase, obtain, or use for any purpose, any tropical hardwood, tropical hardwood wood product, virgin redwood or virgin redwood wood product. Drug-Free Workplace Policy. Contractor acknowledges that pursuant to the Federal Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1989, the unlawful manufacture, distribution, dispensation, possession, or use of a controlled substance is prohibited on City premises. Contractor agrees that any violation of this prohibition by Contractor, its employees, agents or assigns will be deemed a material breach of this Agreement.
