Tropical Hardwood and Virgin Redwood Ban. (a) Except as expressly permitted by the application of Sections 802(b) and 803(b) of the San Francisco Environment Code, neither Landlord nor any of its contractors shall provide any items to City in the construction of the Leasehold Improvements or otherwise in the performance of this Lease which are tropical hardwood, tropical hardwood wood products, virgin redwood, or virgin redwood wood products.
