Common use of TRRO Certification Clause in Contracts

TRRO Certification. Before requesting unbundled access to a DS1 Loop, a DS3 Loop, DS1 Dedicated Transport, DS3 Dedicated Transport, or Dark Fiber Transport, including, but not limited to, any of the foregoing elements that constitute part of a Combination or that WCS seeks to convert from another wholesale service to an unbundled network element (collectively, "TRRO Certification Elements"), WCS must undertake a reasonably diligent inquiry and, based on that inquiry, certify that, to the best of its knowledge, WCS's request is consistent with the requirements of the TRRO and that WCS is entitled to unbundled access to the subject element pursuant to section 251(c)(3) of the Act. WCS shall provide such certification using the automated method that Verizon makes available for that purpose. WCS's reasonably diligent inquiry must include, at a minimum, consideration of any list of non-impaired UNE Wire Centers that Verizon makes or has made available to WCS by notice and/or by publication on Verizon's wholesale website (the "Wire Center List") and any back-up data that Verizon provides or has provided to WCS under a non-disclosure agreement or that is otherwise available to WCS.

Before requesting unbundled access to a DS1 Loop, a DS3 Loop, DS1 Dedicated Transport, DS3 Dedicated Transport, or Dark Fiber Transport, including, but not limited to, any of the foregoing elements that constitute part of a Combination or that WCS Intrado seeks to convert from another wholesale service to an unbundled network element (collectively, "TRRO Certification Elements"), WCS Intrado must undertake a reasonably diligent inquiry and, based on that inquiry, certify that, to the best of its knowledge, WCSIntrado's request is consistent with the requirements of the TRRO and that WCS Intrado is entitled to unbundled access to the subject element pursuant to section 251(c)(3) of the Act. WCS Intrado shall provide such certification using the automated method that Verizon makes available for that purpose. WCSIntrado's reasonably diligent inquiry must include, at a minimum, consideration of any list of non-impaired UNE Wire Centers that Verizon makes or has made available to WCS Intrado by notice and/or by publication on Verizon's wholesale website (the "Wire Center List") and any back-up data that Verizon provides or has provided to WCS Intrado under a non-disclosure agreement or that is otherwise available to WCSIntrado.

WCS BLC shall provide such certification using the automated method that Verizon makes available for that purpose. WCSBLC's reasonably diligent inquiry must include, at a minimum, consideration of any list of non-impaired UNE Wire Centers that Verizon makes or has made available to WCS BLC by notice and/or by publication on Verizon's wholesale website (the "Wire Center List") and any back-up data that Verizon provides or has provided to WCS BLC under a non-disclosure agreement or that is otherwise available to WCSBLC.

Before requesting unbundled access to a DS1 Loop, a DS3 Loop, DS1 Dedicated Transport, DS3 Dedicated Transport, or Dark Fiber Transport, including, but not limited to, any of the foregoing elements that constitute part of a Combination or that WCS SLT seeks to convert from another wholesale service to an unbundled network element (collectively, "TRRO Certification Elements"), WCS SLT must undertake a reasonably diligent inquiry and, based on that inquiry, certify that, to the best of its knowledge, WCSSLT's request is consistent with the requirements of the TRRO and that WCS SLT is entitled to unbundled access to the subject element pursuant to section 251(c)(3) of the Act. WCS SLT shall provide such certification using the automated method that Verizon makes available for that purpose. WCSSLT's reasonably diligent inquiry must include, at a minimum, consideration of any list of non-impaired UNE Wire Centers that Verizon makes or has made available to WCS SLT by notice and/or by publication on Verizon's wholesale website (the "Wire Center List") and any back-up data that Verizon provides or has provided to WCS SLT under a non-disclosure agreement or that is otherwise available to WCSSLT.

TRRO Certification. Before requesting unbundled access to a DS1 Loop, a DS3 Loop, DS1 Dedicated Transport, DS3 Dedicated Transport, or Dark Fiber Transport, including, but not limited to, any of the foregoing elements that constitute part of a Combination or that WCS CBAD seeks to convert from another wholesale service to an unbundled network element (collectively, "TRRO Certification Elements"), WCS CBAD must undertake a reasonably diligent inquiry and, based on that inquiry, certify that, to the best of its knowledge, WCSCBAD's request is consistent with the requirements of the TRRO and that WCS CBAD is entitled to unbundled access to the subject element pursuant to section 251(c)(3) of the Act. WCS CBAD shall provide such certification using the automated method that Verizon makes available for that purpose. WCSCBAD's reasonably diligent inquiry must include, at a minimum, consideration of any list of non-impaired UNE Wire Centers that Verizon makes or has made available to WCS CBAD by notice and/or by publication on Verizon's wholesale website (the "Wire Center List") and any back-up data that Verizon provides or has provided to WCS CBAD under a non-disclosure agreement or that is otherwise available to WCSCBAD.

Before requesting unbundled access to a DS1 Loop, a DS3 Loop, DS1 Dedicated Transport, DS3 Dedicated Transport, or Dark Fiber Transport, including, but not limited to, any of the foregoing elements that constitute part of a Combination or that WCS NexGen seeks to convert from another wholesale service to an unbundled network element (collectively, "TRRO Certification Elements"), WCS NexGen must undertake a reasonably diligent inquiry and, based on that inquiry, certify that, to the best of its knowledge, WCSNexGen's request is consistent with the requirements of the TRRO and that WCS NexGen is entitled to unbundled access to the subject element pursuant to section 251(c)(3) of the Act. WCS NexGen shall provide such certification using the automated method that Verizon makes available for that purpose. WCSNexGen's reasonably diligent inquiry must include, at a minimum, consideration of any list of non-non- impaired UNE Wire Centers that Verizon makes or has made available to WCS NexGen by notice and/or by publication on Verizon's wholesale website (the "Wire Center List") and any back-up data that Verizon provides or has provided to WCS NexGen under a non-disclosure agreement or that is otherwise available to WCSNexGen.

Before requesting unbundled access to a DS1 Loop, a DS3 Loop, DS1 Dedicated Transport, DS3 Dedicated Transport, or Dark Fiber Transport, including, but not limited to, any of the foregoing elements that constitute part of a Combination or that WCS PNG seeks to convert from another wholesale service to an unbundled network element (collectively, "TRRO Certification Elements"), WCS PNG must undertake a reasonably diligent inquiry and, based on that inquiry, certify that, to the best of its knowledge, WCSPNG's request is consistent with the requirements of the TRRO and that WCS PNG is entitled to unbundled access to the subject element pursuant to section 251(c)(3) of the Act. WCS PNG shall provide such certification using the automated method that Verizon makes available for that purpose. WCSPNG's reasonably diligent inquiry must include, at a minimum, consideration of any list of non-impaired UNE Wire Centers that Verizon makes or has made available to WCS PNG by notice and/or by publication on Verizon's wholesale website (the "Wire Center List") and any back-up data that Verizon provides or has provided to WCS PNG under a non-disclosure agreement or that is otherwise available to WCSPNG.

TRRO Certification. Before requesting unbundled access to a DS1 Loop, a DS3 Loop, DS1 Dedicated Transport, DS3 Dedicated Transport, or Dark Fiber Transport, including, but not limited to, any of the foregoing elements that constitute part of a Combination or that WCS Intrado Comm seeks to convert from another wholesale service to an unbundled network element (collectively, "TRRO Certification Elements"), WCS Intrado Comm must undertake a reasonably diligent inquiry and, based on that inquiry, certify that, to the best of its knowledge, WCSIntrado Comm's request is consistent with the requirements of the TRRO and that WCS Intrado Comm is entitled to unbundled access to the subject element pursuant to section 251(c)(3) of the Act. WCS Intrado Comm shall provide such certification using the automated method that Verizon makes available for that purpose. WCSIntrado Comm's reasonably diligent inquiry must include, at a minimum, consideration of any list of non-impaired UNE Wire Centers that Verizon makes or has made available to WCS Intrado Comm by notice and/or by publication on Verizon's wholesale website (the "Wire Center List") and any back-up data that Verizon provides or has provided to WCS Intrado Comm under a non-disclosure agreement or that is otherwise available to WCSIntrado Comm.

TRRO Certification. Before requesting unbundled access to a DS1 Loop, a DS3 Loop, DS1 Dedicated Transport, DS3 Dedicated Transport, or Dark Fiber Transport, including, but not limited to, any of the foregoing elements that constitute part of a Combination or that WCS Bandwidth seeks to convert from another wholesale service to an unbundled network element (collectively, "TRRO Certification Elements"), WCS Bandwidth must undertake a reasonably diligent inquiry and, based on that inquiry, certify that, to the best of its knowledge, WCSBandwidth's request is consistent with the requirements of the TRRO and that WCS Bandwidth is entitled to unbundled access to the subject element pursuant to section 251(c)(3) of the Act. WCS Bandwidth shall provide such certification using the automated method that Verizon makes available for that purpose. WCSBandwidth's reasonably diligent inquiry must include, at a minimum, consideration of any list of non-non- impaired UNE Wire Centers that Verizon makes or has made available to WCS Bandwidth by notice and/or by publication on Verizon's wholesale website (the "Wire Center List") and any back-up data that Verizon provides or has provided to WCS Bandwidth under a non-disclosure agreement or that is otherwise available to WCSBandwidth.

TRRO Certification. Before requesting unbundled access to a DS1 Loop, a DS3 Loop, DS1 Dedicated Transport, DS3 Dedicated Transport, or Dark Fiber Transport, including, but not limited to, any of the foregoing elements that constitute part of a Combination or that WCS MMG seeks to convert from another wholesale service to an unbundled network element (collectively, "TRRO Certification Elements"), WCS MMG must undertake a reasonably diligent inquiry and, based on that inquiry, certify that, to the best of its knowledge, WCSMMG's request is consistent with the requirements of the TRRO and that WCS MMG is entitled to unbundled access to the subject element pursuant to section 251(c)(3) of the Act. WCS MMG shall provide such certification using the automated method that Verizon makes available for that purpose. WCSMMG's reasonably diligent inquiry must include, at a minimum, consideration of any list of non-impaired UNE Wire Centers that Verizon makes or has made available to WCS MMG by notice and/or by publication on Verizon's wholesale website (the "Wire Center List") and any back-up data that Verizon provides or has provided to WCS MMG under a non-disclosure agreement or that is otherwise available to WCSMMG.

TRRO Certification. Before requesting unbundled access to a DS1 Loop, a DS3 Loop, DS1 Dedicated Transport, DS3 Dedicated Transport, or Dark Fiber Transport, including, but not limited to, any of the foregoing elements that constitute part of a Combination or that WCS Nettalk seeks to convert from another wholesale service to an unbundled network element (collectively, "TRRO Certification Elements"), WCS Nettalk must undertake a reasonably diligent inquiry and, based on that inquiry, certify that, to the best of its knowledge, WCSNettalk's request is consistent with the requirements of the TRRO and that WCS Nettalk is entitled to unbundled access to the subject element pursuant to section 251(c)(3) of the Act. WCS Nettalk shall provide such certification using the automated method that Verizon makes available for that purpose. WCSNettalk's reasonably diligent inquiry must include, at a minimum, consideration of any list of non-impaired UNE Wire Centers that Verizon makes or has made available to WCS Nettalk by notice and/or by publication on Verizon's wholesale website (the "Wire Center List") and any back-up data that Verizon provides or has provided to WCS Nettalk under a non-disclosure agreement or that is otherwise available to WCSNettalk.

Before requesting unbundled access to a DS1 Loop, a DS3 Loop, DS1 Dedicated Transport, DS3 Dedicated Transport, or Dark Fiber Transport, including, but not limited to, any of the foregoing elements that constitute part of a Combination or that WCS Globetel seeks to convert from another wholesale service to an unbundled network element (collectively, "TRRO Certification Elements"), WCS Globetel must undertake a reasonably diligent inquiry and, based on that inquiry, certify that, to the best of its knowledge, WCSGlobetel's request is consistent with the requirements of the TRRO and that WCS Globetel is entitled to unbundled access to the subject element pursuant to section 251(c)(3) of the Act. WCS Globetel shall provide such certification using the automated method that Verizon makes available for that purpose. WCSGlobetel's reasonably diligent inquiry must include, at a minimum, consideration of any list of non-non- impaired UNE Wire Centers that Verizon makes or has made available to WCS Globetel by notice and/or by publication on Verizon's wholesale website (the "Wire Center List") and any back-up data that Verizon provides or has provided to WCS Globetel under a non-disclosure agreement or that is otherwise available to WCSGlobetel.

Before requesting unbundled access to a DS1 Loop, a DS3 Loop, DS1 Dedicated Transport, DS3 Dedicated Transport, or Dark Fiber Transport, including, but not limited to, any of the foregoing elements that constitute part of a Combination or that WCS ENT seeks to convert from another wholesale service to an unbundled network element (collectively, "TRRO Certification Elements"), WCS ENT must undertake a reasonably diligent inquiry and, based on that inquiry, certify that, to the best of its knowledge, WCSENT's request is consistent with the requirements of the TRRO and that WCS ENT is entitled to unbundled access to the subject element pursuant to section 251(c)(3) of the Act. WCS ENT shall provide such certification using the automated method that Verizon makes available for that purpose. WCSENT's reasonably diligent inquiry must include, at a minimum, consideration of any list of non-impaired UNE Wire Centers that Verizon makes or has made available to WCS ENT by notice and/or by publication on Verizon's wholesale website (the "Wire Center List") and any back-up data that Verizon provides or has provided to WCS ENT under a non-disclosure agreement or that is otherwise available to WCSENT.

WCS CPV shall provide such certification using the automated method that Verizon makes available for that purpose. WCSCPV's reasonably diligent inquiry must include, at a minimum, consideration of any list of non-impaired UNE Wire Centers that Verizon makes or has made available to WCS CPV by notice and/or by publication on Verizon's wholesale website (the "Wire Center List") and any back-up data that Verizon provides or has provided to WCS CPV under a non-disclosure agreement or that is otherwise available to WCSCPV.

WCS Globetel shall provide such certification using the automated method that Verizon makes available for that purpose. WCSGlobetel's reasonably diligent inquiry must include, at a minimum, consideration of any list of non-impaired UNE Wire Centers that Verizon makes or has made available to WCS Globetel by notice and/or by publication on Verizon's wholesale website (the "Wire Center List") and any back-up data that Verizon provides or has provided to WCS Globetel under a non-disclosure agreement or that is otherwise available to WCSGlobetel.

WCS PN shall provide such certification using the automated method that Verizon makes available for that purpose. WCSPN's reasonably diligent inquiry must include, at a minimum, consideration of any list of non-impaired UNE Wire Centers that Verizon makes or has made available to WCS PN by notice and/or by publication on Verizon's wholesale website (the "Wire Center List") and any back-up data that Verizon provides or has provided to WCS PN under a non-disclosure agreement or that is otherwise available to WCSPN.
