ILEC (Incumbent Local Exchange Carrier). Shall have the meaning stated in the Act. Information Access. Shall be defined as set forth at paragraph 44 of the FCC Internet Order. Inside Wire or Inside Wiring. All wire, cable, terminals, hardware, and other equipment or materials, on the Customer's side of the Rate Demarcation Point. InterLATA Service.
