Common use of TRRO Certification Clause in Contracts

TRRO Certification. Before requesting unbundled access to a DS1 Loop, a DS3 Loop, DS1 Dedicated Transport, DS3 Dedicated Transport, or Dark Fiber Transport, including, but not limited to, any of the foregoing elements that constitute part of a Combination or that INA seeks to convert from another wholesale service to an unbundled network element (collectively, "TRRO Certification Elements"), INA must undertake a reasonably diligent inquiry and, based on that inquiry, certify that, to the best of its knowledge, INA's request is consistent with the requirements of the TRRO and that INA is entitled to unbundled access to the subject element pursuant to section 251(c)(3) of the Act. INA shall provide such certification using the automated method that Frontier makes available for that purpose. INA's reasonably diligent inquiry must include, at a minimum, consideration of any list of non-impaired UNE Wire Centers that Frontier makes or has made available to INA by notice and/or by publication on Frontier's wholesale website (the "Wire Center List") and any back-up data that Frontier provides or has provided to INA under a non-disclosure agreement or that is otherwise available to INA.

INA QCC shall provide such certification using the automated method that Frontier makes available for that purpose. INAQCC's reasonably diligent inquiry must include, at a minimum, consideration of any list of non-impaired UNE Wire Centers that Frontier makes or has made available to INA QCC by notice and/or by publication on Frontier's wholesale website (the "Wire Center List") and any back-up data that Frontier provides or has provided to INA QCC under a non-disclosure agreement or that is otherwise available to INAQCC.

INA WVN shall provide such certification using the automated method that Frontier makes available for that purpose. INAWVN's reasonably diligent inquiry must include, at a minimum, consideration of any list of non-impaired UNE Wire Centers that Frontier makes or has made available to INA WVN by notice and/or by publication on Frontier's wholesale website (the "Wire Center List") and any back-up data that Frontier provides or has provided to INA WVN under a non-disclosure agreement or that is otherwise available to INAWVN.

INA CLC shall provide such certification using the automated method that Frontier makes available for that purpose. INACLC's reasonably diligent inquiry must include, at a minimum, consideration of any list of non-impaired UNE Wire Centers that Frontier makes or has made available to INA CLC by notice and/or by publication on Frontier's wholesale website (the "Wire Center List") and any back-up data that Frontier provides or has provided to INA CLC under a non-disclosure agreement or that is otherwise available to INACC.

INA TCG shall provide such certification using the automated method that Frontier makes available for that purpose. INATCG 's reasonably diligent inquiry must include, at a minimum, consideration of any list of non-impaired UNE Wire Centers that Frontier makes or has made available to INA TCG by notice and/or by publication on Frontier's wholesale website (the "Wire Center List") and any back-up data that Frontier provides or has provided to INA TCG under a non-disclosure agreement or that is otherwise available to INATCG .
