Common use of Trucked Water Services Obligation Clause in Contracts

Trucked Water Services Obligation. Upon the exercise of a Trucking Election, Midstream Co shall cause an Approved SWD Vendor to accept delivery of, take title to, store, handle and dispose of Dedicated Production that is delivered by truck to a SWD Trucking Facility. Upon the exercise of a Trucking Election, Midstream Co may, in its sole discretion, also accept delivery of, take title to, store, handle and dispose of other Product delivered by truck to a SWD Trucking Facility. The volumes that are actually delivered by truck shall be referred to as “Trucked Volumes”.
