TRUE INFORMATION. The Trustee agrees, and shall ensure that each Signing Officer agrees, to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about the Trustee, the Beneficiary, Signing Officers, the Trust, and the Account when required by the Financial Institution and/or the Account Contract. Further, the Trustee agrees, and shall ensure that each Signing Officer agrees, to notify the Financial Institution of any changes to such information within a reasonable period of time.
