Genera l. In the event an employee is called to witness in court an accident in which xxxxxx.xx equipment of the Company involved, and the employee is not responsible for the damage, employee shall be paid at the regular rate for the time lost. The Company will pay for a l l time lost by bargaining unit on the negotiating committee during contract negotiations.

Except as provided otherwise herein and except as provided in paragraph (b) below in respect of health benefits, while you are employed by the Company, you will be entitled to such benefits and fringes, if any, as are generally provided from time to time by the Company to its similarly-situated executive employees, subject to the satisfaction of any eligibility requirements.
Genera l. The Union shall provide the Hospital with a list of elected Officers and Stewards, all of whom must have completed their probationary period. The Hospital will not be required to recognize any representative until the Union has notified the Hospital in writing, of the election and appointment of the representative.
