Trunk Connections. Reciprocal traffic exchange arrangement trunk connections shall be made at a DS1 or multiple ▇▇-▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇-▇, or where technically available, Synchronous Optical Network (“SONET”), and shall be jointly- engineered to the appropriate industry grade of service standard such that the overall probability of call blockage does not exceed B.01.
