Common use of Trust Administration Fee Clause in Contracts

Trust Administration Fee. The Trustee will be entitled to such compensation as may be determined from time to time by the parties hereto. As long as Xxxxxx Xxx is the Trustee for all Trusts under this Trust Agreement, any Trust Administration Fee will be determined in the aggregate and not for each Trust separately. A fee for any successor Trustee will be established as provided in Section 9.10.
