Common use of TRUST B Clause in Contracts

TRUST B. 6.1 The Trustee shall pay the net income of Trust B to Catxxxxxx X. Xxxxxx xx least quarter-annually during her life. 6.2 If, in the sole opinion of the Trustee, the net income of Trust B is insufficient to support and maintain Catxxxxxx X.
