Trust Designated Security Procedure. FT Instructions may be transmitted through such other means, and subject to such additional security procedures, as may be elected by the Trust (or by an Authorized Person entitled to give Instructions) and acknowledged and accepted by the Custodian (the transmission methods and security procedures referenced below, as may be supplemented by such additional security procedures, each a Trust Designated Security Procedure); it being understood that the Custodian’s acknowledgment shall authorize it to accept such means of delivery but shall not represent a judgment by the Custodian as to the reasonableness or security of the means utilized by the Trust.
