Common use of Trust Indenture Legislation Clause in Contracts

Trust Indenture Legislation. (a) In this Article, the term "APPLICABLE LEGISLATION" means the provisions of any statute of Canada or a province thereof and of regulations under any such named or other statute relating to trust indentures and/or to the rights, duties and obligations of warrant agents and of corporations under trust indentures, to the extent that such provisions are at the time in force and applicable to this Indenture.

Trust Indenture Legislation. (a) In this Article, the term "APPLICABLE LEGISLATION" means the provisions provisions, if any, of any statute of Canada or the United States or a province thereof or territory of Canada or a state of the United States and of the regulations under any such named or other statute relating to trust indentures and/or to the rights, duties and obligations of warrant agents trustees and of corporations under trust indentures, to the extent that such provisions are at the time in force and applicable to this Indenture.
