Common use of Trust Indenture Legislation Clause in Contracts

Trust Indenture Legislation. (1) In this section 11, the term "Indenture Legislation" means the provisions, if any, of the Canada Business Corporations Act, and any other statute of Canada or a province thereof, and of the regulations under any such statute, relating to trust indentures and to the rights, duties and obligations of trustees under trust indentures and of corporations issuing debt obligations under trust indentures, to the extent that such provisions are at the time in force and applicable to this Indenture or the Corporation.

Trust Indenture Legislation. (1) In this section 11Article Twelve, the term "Indenture Legislation" means the provisions, if any, of the Canada Business Corporations Act, the Business Corporations Act (Ontario), and any other statute of Canada or a province thereof, and of the regulations under any such statute, relating to trust indentures and to the rights, duties and obligations of trustees under trust indentures and of corporations issuing debt obligations under trust indentures, to the extent that such provisions are at the time in force and applicable to this Indenture or the Corporation.

(1) In this section 11Article 13, the term "Indenture Legislation" means the provisions, if any, of the Canada Business Corporations ActAct and, to the extent that such provisions are at the time in force and applicable to this Indenture, any other statute of Canada or a province thereof, and of the respective regulations under any such statute, thereunder relating to trust indentures and and/or to the rights, duties and obligations of trustees under trust indentures and of corporations issuing debt obligations under trust indentures, to the extent that such provisions are at the time in force and applicable to this Indenture or the Corporation.

(1) 10.1.1 In this section 11Article 10, the term "Indenture Legislation" means the provisions, if any, of the Canada Business Corporations Act, Act and any other statute of Canada or a province thereof, and of the regulations under any such statute, relating to trust indentures and to the rights, duties and obligations of trustees under trust indentures and of corporations issuing debt obligations under trust indentures, to the extent that such provisions are at the time in force and applicable to this Indenture or the Corporation.;
