Trust or Custodial Arrangement. Upon the occurrence of an Event of Non- Allocation, Default or Event of Default, the Borrower shall, at the written request of the Lender, within thirty (30) days of such request, put into effect a trust or other custodial arrangement for the accounts and subaccounts created pursuant to Article IV hereof in form and substance satisfactory to the Lender.
