Trust Property; Certificate of Cancellation. On dissolution of the Issuer, any remaining Trust Property will be distributed to the holder of the Residual Interest, and on completion of the windup, the Owner Trustee will cause the Certificate of Trust to be cancelled by preparing, executing and filing a certificate of cancellation as required by the Delaware Statutory Trust Act. On the filing of the certificate of cancellation, this Agreement and the Owner Trustee’s rights, powers and obligations under this Agreement will simultaneously terminate. The Owner Trustee will promptly deliver a file-stamped copy of the certificate of cancellation to the Administrator.

On the filing of the certificate of cancellation, this Agreement and the Owner Trustee’s rights, powers and obligations under this Agreement will simultaneously terminate. The Owner Trustee will promptly deliver a file-stamped copy of the certificate of cancellation to the Administrator.
